Real Estate Leasing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Leasing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of active Dubai real estate leasing experience to join our team. You will be responsible for handling property viewings, managing tenant inquiries, and efficiently closing rental deals. The ideal candidate must be independent, target-driven, and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings across Dubai with prospective tenants.
• Handle inbound inquiries and company-provided leads professionally.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental amounts, and payment checks.
• Ensure all deals comply with RERA regulations, tenancy laws, and Ejari processing requirements.
• Follow up on renewals and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.

Requirements (Strictly Mandatory):

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active real estate leasing experience in Dubai.
• Logistics: Valid UAE Driving License and own car is mandatory (candidate covers own fuel/maintenance).
• Licensing: Valid RERA Card is required.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only (cancelled visa or spouse visa with no notice period).
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, strong spoken English, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (fixed, based on experience).
• Commission: Performance-based commission structure (to be discussed in detail during the interview).
• Benefits: UAE Employment Visa + Medical Insurance as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
