Role Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Commission-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Generate property sales and leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Source new property listings and connect with property owners.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Manage clients throughout the buying, selling and leasing process.
• Achieve monthly business and performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's property market.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
