WHO WE ARE

Capital Home Buyers buys properties directly from motivated homeowners across South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach). Our team meets homeowners face to face and closes.

• $100M+ in transaction volume to date
• Average deal: $40K in gross fee
• Sales team revenue: $3M/year revenue (not transactional volume) today. Target: $10M.

THE PATH: Closer → Head of Sales

Phase 1 – Close. You start in the field closing deals yourself. Our team respects production, not titles.

Phase 2 – Lead. Once you've proven it, you take over the sales team and grow it with closers from your own network.

Nobody starts as manager. Not negotiable.

MUST HAVE

• Years of experience managing a real estate sales team
• A verified calendar year of $2M+ in revenue from a team you led
• A network of real estate closers who will follow you, and the ability to recruit them
• Strong in-person closing ability

NICE TO HAVE

• Real estate acquisitions or mortgage experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Revenue generated by the sales team. We don't micromanage process. We respect numbers and long-term consistency.
