Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate General Manager to oversee our real estate operations, sales, leasing, property management, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall business operations and team performance Drive sales, leasing, revenue, and business growth Lead and motivate the real estate team Manage client relationships and business development Oversee property management and operational activities Monitor CRM, leads, listings, sales pipeline, and team performance Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall business performance Requirements: 8+ years of UAE real estate experience Proven management/leadership experience Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA Strong CRM and real estate software experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills UAE driving license is an advantage Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
