Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs and ensure regular business generation. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and property/site visits with channel partners. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and USPs to CPs. Generate qualified leads through the channel partner network and ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate with CPs and the internal sales team to convert leads into bookings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the CP network. Organize CP meets, broker events, training sessions, and promotional activities. Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends. Track CP performance and identify opportunities to improve business. Ensure proper coordination between channel partners, customers, and the sales team. Maintain regular reports on leads, site visits, bookings, and revenue generated through CPs. Ensure timely communication regarding inventory, pricing changes, and promotional schemes. Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
