Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will generate leads, market properties, negotiate deals, and represent PSI professionally at every client touchpoint. If you know the market, stay ahead of changes in property regulations, and negotiate well, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Client Relationships Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing efforts Get referrals from existing clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including past clients Represent PSI professionally and present the company in the best light in every interaction Listing and Marketing List and market properties on various platforms to attract buyers Create property descriptions, photography, and virtual tours, and prepare properties for showings Viewings and Negotiation Schedule and conduct property viewings and answer buyers' questions Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, handle counteroffers, and work with legal and other professionals to close transactions Prepare documents such as viewing forms and Memorandums of Understanding Market Knowledge Keep up with market trends, property values, industry news, and changes in property laws and regulations Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial and residential real estate market Apply financial modeling and market research to advise clients Reporting and Training Maintain daily reports covering calls, meetings, assigned leads and their status, and potential buyers Maintain weekly lead generation source reports with lead updates Track achievements against your sales plan, in line with PSI reporting standards Attend PSI training on CRM, tools, and systems Complete continuing education needed to keep your license current Requirements 1+ year of experience in the local real estate market (advantageous) Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (advantageous) Excellent English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and handle complaints Proven sales track record, preferably in phone-based sales Good working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems Ability to learn products and services quickly and explain them clearly to prospects Resilient and composed, able to handle rejection Valid driver's license and your own vehicle in the UAE How to Apply Apply through Indeed, or send your CV to austine.anzaldo@psinv.net or via WhatsApp at +971 52 617 1572.
