The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the UAE real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to generate sales and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels. * Promote and sell residential and commercial properties. * Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties. * Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients. * Negotiate offers and close sales successfully. * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and investors. * Stay updated on the UAE real estate market, property trends, and competitor activities. * Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, agreements, and documentation. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. * Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property regulations. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Strong customer service and relationship management skills. * Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.. * Fluency in English is required. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. * Existing network of clients and property owners is an added advantage.
