Job Overview

JMM Real Estate Broker L.L.C. is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in Dubai’s real estate market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while identifying profitable property investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
• Present suitable property options based on clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Generate leads through networking, social media, and other marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property developers.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions.
• Promote property listings and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, property prices, and new developments.
• Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the property transaction process.
• Work toward individual and company sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (mandatory).
• Must currently reside in Dubai.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in property sales and client acquisition is preferred.
