Their core duties include: Client Consultation: Assess clients’ property needs, financial capabilities, and investment goals to provide tailored advice. Market Analysis: Conduct research on local and national real estate trends, property values, demographics, and competitor activity to inform client decisions. Property Valuation and Portfolio Management: Evaluate properties using methods like income approach, sales comparison, and cost approach; prepare property portfolios for clients. Transaction Support: Negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; assist with mortgages and financing options. Marketing and Lead Generation: Develop marketing strategies for properties, generate leads through networking, online research, and outreach, and organize property viewings. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, communicate effectively, and provide after-sale support to ensure client satisfaction Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, investment memorandums, and contracts, often collaborating with legal and financial professionals Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; marketing and financial analysis capabilities. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate laws, zoning regulations, CRM software, GIS tools, and market analytics platforms. Experience: Prior experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is often preferred Licensing: Professional real estate license or certification may be required depending on jurisdiction Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
