We're growing our sales team and looking for experienced agents ready to close deals, earn strong commissions, and build a long-term career with a performance-driven brokerage. What You'll Do Work qualified buyer and investor leads (provided daily) and build your own pipeline through proactive outreach Sell off-plan properties across Dubai's leading developer projects and new launches Advise clients on the best investment opportunities and match them to the right units Conduct presentations, negotiate offers, and manage deals through to booking and handover Build lasting client relationships and a referral pipeline Stay current on developer launches, payment plans, prices, and market trends What We're Looking For Proven Dubai real estate sales experience with a track record of closings Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Target-driven, self-motivated mindset RERA / DLD Broker Card (or willingness to obtain) UAE driving licence and own car preferred Fluent English (additional languages a plus) What We Offer Attractive basic salary plus high commission Qualified leads delivered daily Marketing, admin, and CRM support Direct access to top developer inventory and new launches Clear growth path within an award-winning brokerage How to Apply Send your CV directly through Indeed, or email it to hr@mskrealestate.com with the subject line "Property Consultant – [Your Name]".
