About the Role

Huaxin Real Estate is looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our international sales team in Dubai. We specialize in off-plan and luxury properties, offering opportunities to work with leading developers and premium real estate projects across Dubai.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed basic salary . It is ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, comfortable working independently, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan and luxury residential properties in Dubai.
• Generate leads through personal networks, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and property owners.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and developer presentations.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the buying process until deal completion.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property trends, and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.

Requirements

• Previous 1 or 2 years of experiences in Dubai real estate sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional attitude and a strong commitment to achieving sales results.
• Knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property markets is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence and RERA certification are advantages.
