Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development: Participate in structured training programs to master sales processes, negotiation tactics, and market best practices.
• Client Advisory: Assist clients throughout their buying, selling, and renting journeys across residential and commercial properties.
• Property Showings: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property tours while providing accurate market insights to potential buyers.
• Lead & CRM Management: Utilize company CRM tools to organize, update, and follow up with prospective buyers and lead pipelines efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong, lasting connections with clients, developers, and team members.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, new project launches, and local market regulations.

Requirements:

• No previous real estate experience required—full comprehensive training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• High motivation, self-driven attitude, and a positive, customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
