Nationwide Middle East Properties is a leading real estate company in the UAE, specializing in residential and commercial property sales and leasing. We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
• Promote available properties through client networking, marketing activities, and property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property information.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, property developments, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in sales.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
