Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of UAE real estate experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build a strong portfolio of buyers and sellers.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and property values.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market, new developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage but not mandatory.
