Real Estate Agent

Top of the Top Properties is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
• Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closure of transactions.
• Prepare and manage required documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales/leasing in the UAE is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
