We provide a powerful marketing platform and a continuous flow of premium leads, enabling our consultants to focus on building client relationships and closing successful transactions. Requirements Arabic Speaker Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Dubai's real estate market. Senior Candidates: Professionals with 3 – 4+ years of experience and a strong track record of successful property transactions (proof of sales/closed deals required) are highly encouraged to apply. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing abilities with a demonstrated capacity to convert qualified leads into sales. Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market, major developers, off-plan projects, and investment return opportunities. Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Professionalism: Ability to build long-term client relationships and represent the company with the highest level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up with premium leads provided by the company. Conduct property presentations and consultations for prospective investors and buyers. Represent Iceland Real Estate at developers’ sales centers and project launches. Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently and professionally.
