In this full-time, in-office role, you will focus on monetizing our under-contract inventory by selling properties directly to cash buyers, hedge funds, and private real estate investors. Backed by leadership with over 10 years of market experience, we supply the inventory, marketing platform, and technology—you bring the negotiation skills and pipeline-building hustle to close deals fast. Key Responsibilities - Sell Property Inventory: Market and assign off-market real estate contracts and inventory to active cash buyers and investor networks. - Build Investor Pipeline: Proactively prospect, vet, and expand a qualified buyer list of real estate investors, fix-and-flippers, and landlords. - Negotiate & Close: Draft assignment contracts, negotiate terms and pricing with cash buyers, and push transactions across the finish line. - Conduct Property Showings: Host access windows, walk properties with prospective buyers, and highlight potential ROI and rehab potential. - Manage Transaction Milestones: Coordinate closely with escrow, title companies, and our internal acquisitions team to ensure smooth, on-time closings. Requirements - Active California Real Estate License (Required). - Location: Must work 100% in-office out of our Huntington Beach, CA hub. - Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, dispositions, wholesaling, or investor relations. - Skills: Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and closing abilities with a history of moving volume. - Mindset: A high-energy self-starter equipped to thrive in a 100% commission environment.
