In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions, working closely with technical and cross-functional teams in a global environment. We are looking for someone with solid software engineering fundamentals, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute independently to complex technical initiatives. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using C#/.NET. Build and evolve APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. Support engineering best practices through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing. Mentor and support other engineers when needed. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams in a global environment. Must-have requirements 8+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and backend development. Experience designing and developing APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications. Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices. Experience with automated testing and code quality practices. Previous experience mentoring engineers and/or contributing to technical and architectural decisions. English proficiency for professional conversations - you will work directly with a global team. Nice to Have Experience with GCP. Event-driven architectures and messaging technologies. Docker and Kubernetes. JavaScript/TypeScript. C++ or Next.js. Experience with high-volume transactional systems. Previous experience working with global or distributed engineering teams.
