In this role, you will work closely with licensed RCIC professionals to gain hands-on experience in immigration consulting, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance and support throughout their immigration process. Responsibilities Assist licensed RCICs in preparing and reviewing immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Conduct initial client consultations to gather relevant information and understand their immigration goals Research and stay updated on current immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to provide informed support Organize and maintain detailed client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards Support the team in communicating with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the application process Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to deepen your understanding of Canadian immigration law Contribute to the development of client case strategies by gathering necessary documentation and data Qualifications Currently enrolled or recently completed a program related to immigration consulting or law, with a strong desire to become licensed as an RCIC Demonstrated interest in Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and legal frameworks Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for document review and data management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn from experienced professionals This paid internship position is designed for motivated individuals committed to building a career in immigration consulting.
