POSITION SUMMARY - Support the full lifecycle of Outpatient applications in multiple markets, which include PACS, Radiology Information System (RIS), 3D imaging, mammo tracking, online scheduling and other applications as required. - Support implementation teams with outpatient application upgrades, migrations and other projects as assigned. - Provide accurate and timely maintenance and support services for specified systems - Troubleshoots incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; Maintain defined troubleshooting SLAs and quality measures - Develops outpatient application test plans, participates in testing and ensures technical documentation is accurate and updated. - Collaborate with Regional Outpatient IT Directors, Enterprise support and other IT teams to ensure the needs of radiologists are met. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
