Design and develop prototypes and test them for functionality, durability, and compliance. Analyze experimental data and iterate on designs to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, marketing, and product management. Troubleshoot production issues and support manufacturing during product ramp-up. Maintain detailed documentation for patents, regulatory compliance, and future reference. Manage product timelines, budget, and resources for R&D initiatives. Requirements: Licensed Mechanical Engineer. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Has 2 to 5 years of experience in Construction. Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and work full time on-site.
