Role Overview We are seeking a Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions. This role will focus on Salesforce CPQ and Zuora platforms, with an emphasis on seamless integrations using Workato . The ideal candidate has deep expertise in architecting scalable QTC systems and can work cross-functionally with business and technical teams. Responsibilities - Design and architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Zuora . - Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. - Develop integration strategies between Salesforce, Zuora, and other systems using Workato . - Partner with stakeholders to define best practices, governance, and technical standards. - Provide oversight during implementation to ensure alignment with architectural vision. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system design challenges. - Mentor and guide project teams in QTC solution best practices. Requirements Qualifications - Proven experience as an Architect in Quote-to-Cash solutions . - Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora platforms. - In-depth knowledge of Workato or similar iPaaS integration tools. - Solid understanding of QTC business processes: quoting, billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition, etc. - Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. - US-based; preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area .
