# Quickbooks Online Accounting Specialist **Commercial Loan Corporation** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Duties - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, payment statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - Handle loan servicing including preparing payment statements and tracking payments - Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records - Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes - Conduct accrual accounting to ensure accurate recording of expenses and revenues - Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process - Maintain knowledge of current accounting regulations and best practices Experience - Strong knowledge of financial report interpretation and analysis - Experience with a mortgage banker, loan servicing experience a plus - Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is preferred - Proficiency in using Quick Books Online Accounting Software and MS Excel - Experience with Calyx Point LOS a plus - Experience with The Mortgage Office software is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Great communication skills - Highly organized and pro-active Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
