# Quantity Surveyors (C&S)- Mandarin (Data Centre/Infra/Industrial) **AG STAFFING** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: Civil & Structural (C&S) Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract Management · Quantity Take-Offs: Take off exact quantities of civil and structural elements (such as concrete, rebar, formwork, steel structures, and excavation) from structural blueprints and architectural drawings. · Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and initial budgets for all structural and infrastructural works. · Tender Management: Draft tender documents, call for bids, evaluate structural subcontractor submissions, and prepare comprehensive tender report comparisons. Post-Contract Administration · Cost Tracking & Reporting: Monitor onsite expenditures against structural budgets, track material wastage, and update monthly cash flow projections. · Progress Valuations: Assess, measure, and certify subcontractor monthly progress claims and interim payment valuations based on actual physical progress on site. · Variation Orders (VOs): Identify, evaluate, and negotiate cost variations resulting from design changes, unforeseen ground conditions, or site instructions. · Final Accounts: Manage the measurement and timely settlement of final accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Commercial & Technical Support · Value Engineering: Analyze structural designs to suggest more affordable materials or efficient structural methods without compromising safety or building codes. · Contract Administration: Interpret and administer contract clauses to protect the company from risks and manage contractual disputes or claims. · Coordination: Work closely with structural engineers, project managers, architectural teams, and site supervisors. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience · Degree or Diploma: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. · Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven working experience as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in C&S or civil infrastructure packages. Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
