This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM , offering Basic Salary + Allowances + VB + Medical Benefits . What You’ll Be Doing Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQ, and tender submissions within required timelines. Evaluate project costs, develop tender pricing and budgets, and recommend value engineering solutions. Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate where required. Maintain an up-to-date vendor database. Identify and assess project risks and opportunities during the tender stage. Manage variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts when required. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on tender and contract matters. Follow up with existing clients on upcoming projects and business opportunities. Support the handover of awarded projects to the internal execution team and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Prepare and assist with cost reports while reporting to the Contract Manager. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of practical experience in tendering, estimation, or quantity surveying within the construction or civil engineering industry. Good knowledge of tendering, costing, contract administration, construction methods, materials, and market pricing. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project requirements effectively.
