Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers. Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts. Perform measurements for quantities. Evaluation of price comparison. Monitoring of project variations. Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings. Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Relevant experience working with a main contractor is preferred, preferably in building, commercial, industrial or large-scale construction projects. Experience working on construction projects within the Asia region will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
