# QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SALES **ALKIDDO CO LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SALES Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month , depending on experience and qualifications We are looking for a sales-oriented, target-driven Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering , be a Dubai Municipality Accredited Card Holder , and have practical knowledge of tendering procedures and processes for Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality/government projects . Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations. Review tender drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contract documents. Manage the complete tendering process , from tender invitation and document review through submission. Understand and follow Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality/government tender procedures and requirements . Prepare tender pricing, commercial submissions, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to obtain competitive quotations. Identify risks, exclusions, clarifications, and commercial conditions before tender submission. Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain a tender tracking system. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government-related entities. Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads and enquiries. Negotiate prices and commercial terms and support project closing. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with project teams after successful tender awards. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Dubai Municipality Accredited Card Holder. Strong understanding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality/government tendering procedures and processes. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Tendering, or Business Development. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert opportunities into projects . Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and tender pricing. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel . Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage. UAE driving license is preferred.
