# QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MALE ONLY) G4 **WZS BUILDERS SDN BHD** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role POSITION QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MALE ONLY) (G4) -Vacancy Is Available Immediately- JOB REQUIREMENTS: Able to start work with short notice period LOCAL MALAYSIAN candidate ONLY Possess own vehicle with valid license Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Possess a strong sense of sensibility, commitment, and discipline Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision JOB SCOPE: Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor. Handle pre and post contract. Prepared forecast budgeting and actual for project. Attend kick off meetings/weekly meetings/management meetings if necessary. Prepare monthly report progress claim and sub-contractor' payment certificate. Taking off quantities and valuation order evaluation. Liaise with consultants, domestic sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractor and client Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim. Prepared pricing for tender preparation, documentation & tender estimation. Prepared proposed and material approval Good in Contractual terms on the extension of time, loss & expanse and etc. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-2 Years SALARY: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 BENEFIT: Transportation Allowance, medical allowance provided, KWSP, SOCSO, and yearly bonus.
