The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, tendering, and project cost control. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Conduct quantity take-offs for fit-out and civil works Manage project budgets and cost control throughout execution Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing Prepare payment certificates and variation orders Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports Ensure compliance with contract terms and UAE regulations Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field 3–5 years experience in UAE (Interior Fit-Out preferred) Strong knowledge of construction materials and market rates in Dubai Experience in residential, commercial, and office fit-out projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, MS Excel, and cost estimation software Strong analytical and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience with turnkey interior projects Knowledge of FIDIC contracts Strong communication skills Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Career growth opportunities Dynamic and professional work environment Opportunity to work on high-end Dubai projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
