Location: Lusail Project duration: 3-6 months Requirements: · 5–8 years of experience in any one of Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Quantity Surveying. · Previous experience in project closeout/final account activities is mandatory. · Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ reconciliation, and commercial documentation. · Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred. · Immediate availability preferred. Key Responsibilities: For Electrical: · Finalization of electrical quantities, measurements, and final accounts. · Review, reconciliation, and closure of variations, claims, and payment certifications. · Settlement of subcontractor and supplier final accounts. · Preparation and submission of project closeout commercial documentation. · Coordination with project, contracts, procurement, and finance teams for commercial closure. · Support audit requirements and document archiving related to project completion. For Mechanical: Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Mechanical QS in construction projects. Proven experience in large-scale projects and project close-out activities. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost control, variations, and final accounts. Experience in subcontractor management and contract administration For Civil: Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and civil drawings. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents. Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders. Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants regarding cost-related matters. Ensure compliance with project budgets and contractual requirements. Work Location: In person
