The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for warehouse and industrial construction projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for warehouse/industrial projects Develop cost estimates for civil, structural steel, PEB, cladding, and MEP scopes Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and risks Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers Prepare comparative cost analysis and value engineering recommendations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams during bid preparation Track material and labor market rates relevant to warehouse construction (steel structures, roofing/cladding sheets, insulation, flooring, dock levelers, etc.) Support contract negotiations with technical and commercial input Maintain historical cost databases for future estimating accuracy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field Minimum 5 years of estimation experience, with a proven track record in warehouse, industrial shed, or PEB construction Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates and standard specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (CostX, Candy, or similar) Understanding of structural steel, cladding systems, and warehouse-specific components (loading docks, high-bay racking clearances, fire systems) Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills UAE experience strongly preferred; valid UAE driving license a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Employment visa and medical insurance Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial and warehouse projects across the UAE Work Location: In person DM-+971542795179 admin@msh-cont.com Work Location: In person
