# Quantity Surveyor - Civil (Site) **GBH International Group** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil (Site) with 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities Manage all quantity surveying activities at the project site. Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, measurements, and BOQs for civil works. Monitor actual site quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, and project requirements. Conduct site measurements and prepare measurement sheets for completed works. Prepare interim payment applications and supporting documentation. Verify subcontractor and supplier quantities, invoices, and payment applications. Monitor variations, additional works, and omissions and maintain proper records. Prepare and submit variation claims with relevant supporting documents. Coordinate with the site team, planning team, project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. Assist in cost control and monitor project expenditure against the approved budget. Maintain accurate records of quantities, measurements, variations, and project costs. Assist in the preparation of monthly progress valuations and commercial reports. Support the project team in identifying potential commercial and contractual issues. Ensure all measurements and valuations are properly documented and supported. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field . 8-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying for civil construction projects. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of civil construction works, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Experience in site measurement, quantity take-off, valuation, and variation management. Good knowledge of MS Excel and quantity surveying software. Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site and project teams. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
