Evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments. Monitor project cost, budget and variation orders. Liase with clients, consultants and project teams. Prepare final accounts and project reports. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying and related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in construction industry. Strong understanding of contracts (e.g. PAM, CIDB, JKR) Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good negotiation, communication & analytical skills. Immediate availability for hiring.
