Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall commercial performance. Verify site measurements and subcontractor claims. Assist with contract administration and commercial negotiations. Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/QS. Good knowledge of costing, measurement, tendering, and contract administration. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Able to read construction drawings and specifications. Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
