QUANTITY SURVEYOR

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying

Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Proactive, meticulous, and detail-oriented team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to Managing Director

Perform quantity take off, identifying, and measuring the quantities of materials required.

Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.

Implement and maintain cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
