Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/fit-out cost management, contract administration, and project financial control, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget
• Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts
• Prepare interim valuations and payment certifications
• Review contracts, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE
• Proven experience working mainly in fit-out or construction in Dubai/UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawings

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
