LTD.** · Yishun · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support project costmanagement, tendering, and contract administration for construction andinterior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will help manage projectcosts, prepare tender documents, and ensure projects are completed withinbudget while meeting quality and contractual requirements. KeyResponsibilities Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents and quotations. Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in tender submissions and tender evaluations. Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project. Support procurement and material costing. Liaise withclients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on project and contractualmatters. Maintain properproject documentation and records. Support contract administration and cost control. Attend project meetings and site visits when required. Ensure work complies with company procedures and contractual requirements. Perform other duties assigned by management. JobRequirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline. At least 3 years of Singapore-based experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. Able to handle both pre-contract and post-contract works. Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying/costing software. Knowledge or experience in using Bluebeam will be an added advantage. Knowledge or experience in using the ARIBA system and GeBIZ tender submission will be anadded advantage. Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
