Assist tender/contract review and prepare tender and contract documents, negotiation with contractors, contract administration and drafting contractual correspondences. Assist in the preparation of the budget for the project. Assist in price evaluation, rationalization and negotiation. Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorize. Recommend the appointment of suppliers and sub-contractors. Assist in site evaluation and site visit as and when required. Assist in handle progress claim and progress payment. Effectively handle the sourcing and negotiation process to achieve the best priced, quality purchases. Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, architects, and certification of a claim for payments. Preferable with Interior Design (ID) knowledge. Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office & Autocad etc. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
