The Architectural Division offers comprehensive security and architectural solutions, while the Automotive Division provides high-performance synthetic lubricants. Job Summary You will evaluate and identify projects for tender, prepare accurate quotations, and leverage your experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to maximize quotation success rates. Responsibilities Evaluate potential projects to identify suitable tenders aligned with company capabilities Prepare and submit accurate quotations by analyzing project requirements and ensuring proper pricing strategies Utilize experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to enhance quotation quality and strike rate Log into and navigate the GeBIZ portal to source and manage tender opportunities efficiently Apply knowledge of builders’ processes and requirements to improve project evaluation and tender submission outcomes Prepare tender, quotations and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client; Perform quantity take off and attend site visits; Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies; Perform risk, value management and cost control; Prepare and analyse costing for tenders; Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors Allocate work to subcontractors; Preparation of Progress Claim and/or Payment Response Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports; Value completed work Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working with builders to support project evaluation and tendering processes Possess a matured attitude and a keen sense to learn. Highly motivated, confident and self-driven. Responsible, independent Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines Minimum 3 years' working experience Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to read and write in English Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPointand Excel.
