What we look for - Strong understanding of market-making principles, including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order-flow toxicity. - Experience designing or running cross-venue trading strategies, including arbitrage detection and venue-specific execution optimization. - Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP), low-level performance tuning, and WebSocket connectivity. - Proficiency in Rust or C++ for building high-performance, latency-sensitive systems. - Proven experience developing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems in production. - Familiarity with both cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure. - Genuine passion for trading and strong interest in the crypto ecosystem. - Experience working with backtesting engines, simulation frameworks, or research pipelines.
