Position: Quality Operations Lead Location: General Trias, Cavite Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:10 PM | 1 Saturday per month Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000 JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. At least 3- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. With a strong background in QA processes and quality control operations. Experience with metal stamping, sheet metal, machinery, or similar manufacturing processes is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and oversee daily Quality Assurance operations and activities. Monitor quality processes for stamping products, metal sheets, machines, and other manufacturing outputs. Ensure production processes meet established quality standards and specifications. Lead and guide the QA team in conducting inspections, testing, and quality checks. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and support continuous improvement initiatives.
