Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Compensation & Benefits: 35–40 million VND gross salary, lunch allowance, 13th-month salary, statutory insurance, 12 paid leaves/year, team building, and YEP. Quality Operations Management: Direct full-cycle quality control (IQC, IPQC, OQC) and plastic injection molding quality stability. Standards & Documentation: Establish inspection standards (SIP), cosmetic defect criteria, and oversee compliance with ISO 9001, AQL, RoHS, and REACH. Customer Facing: Primary contact for international clients, handling quality complaints, issuing 8D reports, and hosting factory audits. Team Leadership: Manage a 15+ QC team, define KPIs, and drive staff training and performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, and Tooling teams to analyze defects, conduct SPC/capability analysis, and execute CAPA. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English for direct communication with international clients. Total Experience: 5+ years in QA/QC within plastic injection molding, garment trims, or related apparel manufacturing. Leadership Experience: 3+ years as an Assistant Manager, or Manager. Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in plastic injection defects, measuring instruments (calipers, color/tensile/hardness testers), and SPC. Audit Experience Requirement: Proven involvement in audits for major brands/frameworks (e.g., Decathlon, Lululemon, Shimada, BSCI, Sedex, or Walmart). Mandatory Skillset: Hands-on experience writing 8D reports, constructing SIPs, and serving as the direct quality interface for global brands.
