JOB OBJECTIVES: This role is responsible for the documentation of NAI’s quality management systems: Develop comprehensive documentation for the quality management systems Enhance user experience and adoption of the quality management systems through documentation DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Documenting QMS Architecture and Processes Collaborate with corporate process owners, standards owners, and subject matter experts to capture and document the architecture, components, and processes of the Quality Management System. Create detailed documentation, including diagrams, workflows, policies, procedures, and instructions. Ensure the documentation aligns with industry best practices and complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Translating Technical Information: Translate listed/bulleted technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is accessible to end-users. Organize and present information in a logical and structured manner, using appropriate formatting in prescribed document templates. Documentation Maintenance and Updates: Support in the regularly review and update of the QMS documentation to reflect system changes, enhancements, and updates. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the documentation. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with Quality Systems group, Individual Project Teams, subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their documentation requirements and address any queries or concerns. May work in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the QMS documentation with other project deliverables. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration and/or Quality Assurance Experience/ Expertise : At least 3 years of experience in technical writing and document management. The candidate must be familiar with food and beverage manufacturing. The most suitable candidate will be someone who has exposure to food manufacturing and operations and/or ISO 9001 compliance. Mandatory Trainings/ Knowledge: (1) Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist, preferably in the context of Integrated Management Systems. (2) Familiarity with documentation standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025. (3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. (4) Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. (5) Proficiency in documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and diagramming software. Skills/ Competencies: Technical Writing: Possess excellent technical writing skills to effectively communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner. Documentation Management: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage comprehensive documentation for the Integrated Management System. Communication: Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Documentation Tools Proficiency: Be proficient in using documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and diagramming software. Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple documentation projects concurrently. Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems: Understanding of Integrated Management Systems is an advantage. Work Location: In person
