Position: Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer Location: Dublin Contract: Permanent Reporting to: Quality Manager Team: Quality and Validation Team Location: Hybrid after probation, full onsite for the first 6 months The Role Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEH&S) Engineer is a full-time permanent contract role. This role reports to the Quality Manager, with responsibility for the Quality Administration function. Key Duties and Responsibilities Report regularly to the Quality Manager on the status of the QEH&S function Analyse and prepare reports for Management Ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 17025 (INAB) are met Work closely with relevant teams, including Quality, Service, Technical Support Engineers/ Subject Matter Experts, Stores, Workshop, Sales, Suppliers (Equipment Manufacturers), Contractors, and Sub-Contractors Manage the Internal Audit Team, including audit scheduling, completion of Internal Audits as part of a cross functional team Investigate CAPA, Accidents/ Incidents, Customer Complaints, perform root cause analysis, risk assessment, corrective and preventive action as appropriate Maintain Legal Compliance System and work with Leadership/ Management teams to ensure compliance Manage Vendor/ Contractor/ Sub-Contractor Assessments Manage Internal Communication Program Coordinate Safety Committee Meetings Support other areas within the Quality Department including Customer Questionnaire/ Agreement review, approval, and sign-off, internal projects etc. Coordinate and perform VDU/ DSE Assessments Monitor updates to standards/ regulations (e.g., ISO etc.) and update documentation to reflect the changes as required/ applicable Maintain Aspects and Impacts/ Internal and External Interested Parties records Support the management of Risk Assessment development Support all QEH&S objectives, including any process improvements identified Ensure competence of personnel through the designing of training courses and the provision of training 27-Jul-2026 Page 2 of 2 Assist with all External Audits by Certification bodies, Accreditation bodies, and Customers Support project work within the Quality and Validation Team and be proactively involved with future development In time, role will transition into responsibility for supervising, leading, and performance managing direct report(s). Delegate in certain areas when the Quality Manager is unavailable Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required - Ideal for a graduate or someone with a minimum 1 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety - Prior knowledge/ experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 an advantage, including internal auditing skills - Background in Quality Assurance/ Technical/ Scientific/ Engineering (BSc. degree) an advantage - Good attention to detail - Strong Technical Writing skills - Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft suite of products, particular Word and Excel Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently, ensuring structure, efficiency, and follow-through on key tasks Works effectively, under pressure and within short time constraints Clear, confident communicator able to liaise effectively with colleagues, management, and cross-functional teams What’s Important to Us Be a flexible team player who can work independently and prioritise workload - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Confident, resilient, and positive attitude - Ability to plan ahead and be pro-active - Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills - Be ambitious to identify new business opportunities and develop into other areas What We Offer Attractive base salary - Bonus structure - Company Pension - Healthcare/ EAP - Work from home opportunities/ Flexible working arrangements - Study Support - Head Office Parking - Social club and social events - Travel ticket/ bike to work - Death in service benefit - Income protection Pay: €37,000.00 per year Benefits: - Company pension - On-site parking - Private medical insurance - Sick pay Work Location: In person
