# Quality Engineer / ISO Specialist **Benri Plastik Philippines, Inc.** · Calamba City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QUALITY ENGINEER / ISO SPECIALIST Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer/Plastics Engineering, or a related engineering field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic manufacturing and/or thermoforming processes is strongly preferred. With demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining and improving an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training/certification is required. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage. Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, process approach, risk-based thinking, quality objectives, customer satisfaction, internal auditing, nonconformity and corrective action, document control, management review and continual improvement. Experienced in planning and conducting ISO 9001 internal audits, preparing audit reports, identifying nonconformities and monitoring corrective actions to closure. Knowledgeable in Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, 7 QC Tools, 8D and CAPA. Knowledge of SPC and basic statistical quality-control methods. Familiar with dimensional inspection and the proper use and control of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges and other inspection instruments. Knowledge of calibration and control of monitoring and measuring resources. Experience in handling nonconforming products, customer complaints, corrective actions and quality improvement activities. Familiar with quality documentation, document control, record retention and revision control. Knowledge of plastic materials, thermoforming processes, product specifications and common thermoforming defects is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for quality data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and report-writing skills. Detail-oriented, organized and capable of working independently. Able to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing and other departments to resolve quality issues. Willing to conduct quality and ISO 9001 awareness training for employees.
