Experience: 5+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Project/Site Locations Salary: Negotiable based on experience and interview performance Job Summary Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced QC Engineer – Construction with 5+ years of relevant experience to monitor and maintain quality standards across construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Responsibilities Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct inspections of civil and construction works. Check construction materials, workmanship and completed works. Ensure activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Implement quality control procedures and inspection plans. Review material test certificates and inspection reports. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants. Identify quality deviations and non-conformities and ensure corrective action. Maintain quality checklists, inspection records and test reports. Coordinate material and construction testing with laboratories and third-party agencies. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports. Monitor and ensure timely closure of NCRs and quality observations. Conduct site quality inspections and audits as required. Support the project team in maintaining quality throughout project execution. Ensure compliance with applicable quality and company standards. Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering . Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in construction QC/QA. Strong knowledge of construction quality control and inspection procedures. Good understanding of civil construction materials and workmanship. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications. Experience in quality documentation and reporting. Good working knowledge of MS Excel . Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to work at project/site locations. Salary Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
