In this role, you will investigate defects, conduct audits, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective root-cause solutions. Key Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Science) or a related technical field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or process improvement. Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 (or ISO 13485 / IATF 16949) Technical Skills Root-Cause Analysis: Proven proficiency with problem-solving frameworks (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone / Ishikawa diagrams). Quality Tools & Methodologies: Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (PFMEA/DFMEA), and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes. Testing & Inspection: Ability to design test plans, inspect technical documentation, and evaluate process limits. Data & Reporting: Experience interpreting metrics and using data tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL, or Jira) to track quality performance indicators (KPIs). Core Competencies & Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex issues. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present audit findings and lead cross-departmental alignment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for identifying minor flaws, risks, and process bottlenecks before they affect production or deployment.
