Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations. Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions to address quality issues. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality control procedures. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration: Work closely with site teams and estimation departments to deliver effective quality solutions. Engage with high-profile clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with quality deliverables and project alignment. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards and best practices. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. Skills & Qualifications: · Experience: Minimum of 4 years in quality management or related fields, with a focus on civil construction and aluminium façade work. · Technical Skills: Proficient in quality management software, AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel for documentation and reporting tasks. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and industry standards. · Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with vendors, clients, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead quality improvement initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
