Quality Control Manager – Dental Laboratory

Job Description

Dynamic Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality of dental restorations produced at our laboratory in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge , strong hands-on skills and significant experience with implant-supported restorations and complex full-arch cases.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in dentistry who can combine clinical understanding with practical dental laboratory expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control across dental laboratory production.
• Inspect restorations for accuracy, fit, function, aesthetics and finishing.
• Review complex implant and full-arch cases to ensure technical accuracy.
• Identify potential issues and work directly with technicians to resolve them.
• Collaborate with CAD/CAM technicians, ceramists and other laboratory specialists.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the production process.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in dental laboratory quality control.
• Strong technical knowledge of implant restorations and full-arch rehabilitation cases.
• Proven hands-on experience with complex dental restorations.
• Ability to assess technical accuracy and resolve quality-related issues.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A qualified dentist is preferred.
