Quality Control Inspector – Joinery & Fit-Out (Arabic Speaker)

Sections Wood for Home Furniture Manufacturing LLC is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector specializing in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out works. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting factory production and on-site installation to ensure that all joinery and fit-out works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing, interior fit-out works, finishing, and site inspections, along with excellent Arabic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect joinery and fit-out works at the factory and project sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Conduct quality inspections of wooden doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall paneling, reception counters, decorative woodwork, and other custom joinery items.

Inspect interior fit-out works, including finishes, alignment, dimensions, installation quality, and workmanship.

Verify materials, measurements, surface finishes, hardware, and installation details against approved samples and specifications.

Identify defects and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with production, project, and site teams.

Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and non-conformance reports.

Ensure completed works meet client expectations and project quality requirements before handover.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams to resolve quality issues.

Monitor quality throughout manufacturing, installation, and project completion.

Maintain proper quality control records and documentation.

Assist in investigating client complaints and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurring defects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in joinery and interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, woodwork installation, interior finishes, and fit-out quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Experience in factory inspections, site inspections, snagging, and quality documentation.

Arabic-speaking candidate required.

Good English communication skills are preferred.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with factory production teams and on-site project teams.
